Understand that it’s okay to not be okay. Normalize talking to those who show up for you, those who check on you, those who pour into you. It’s okay to be vulnerable. It’s okay to seek counseling/therapy to help you through your moments of “weakness.”

Admitting your not okay is the greatest strength there is!
